These Terms govern your use of JobPilot (the “Service”), operated by Xaptured (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

JobPilot helps you discover relevant job listings and generate tailored résumés using automated tools and AI. Job listings are sourced from third-party providers; we do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or outcome of any listing or application.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the information you provide (including your résumé) and for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate details and use the Service only for lawful purposes.

3. Plans & Payments

Free and Premium plans are described on our Pricing page. Premium is a paid monthly plan billed via Razorpay. Run limits and features are as listed and may be adjusted with notice.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the Service.
• Do not submit unlawful, infringing, or false content.
• Do not use the Service to violate any third-party platform’s terms.

5. AI-generated content

Résumé tailoring and match explanations are generated by AI and provided as suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing all output before use. We do not fabricate experience; you must ensure your résumé remains truthful.

6. Intellectual property

You retain rights to the content you upload. We retain rights to the Service itself. You grant us a limited licence to process your content to provide the Service.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for employment outcomes.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of India.
